Seattle Snow
I took a last minute trip up to Seattle this weekend to shoot the Downtown Throwdown Snowboard Rail Jam (you can see more coverage on YoBeat). While I find urban snowboarding totally wierd, it’s cool to shoot something different. I’m heading back up to Seattle on Thursday to shoot the LG Action Sports World Championships.

jsouney added this brilliant insight on Oct 29 08 at 1:24 amI used Elinchrom Skyports for that event, partly to try them out and partly to avoid the Pocket Wizard channel dance. I generally use the Multi-Max Pocket Wizards which provide plenty of channel options (as opposed to four on the regular PW).
The Skyports worked out pretty nicely. I thought it might be hectic so I borrowed some to try out. This is the first time I used them.
